On 29 October 2009, the Foreign Investors Association (FIA) launched the White Book 2009. This is the third edition of the White Book published by FIA since its establishment in September 2003. The slow pace of reforms and the hardships faced by Moldova, aggravated by the economic crisis and the prolonged electoral campaign, lead to certain deviations in the frequency of publication of the White Book.

On 22 September 2008, the Foreign Investors Association (FIA) celebrated 5 years of its activity. This anniversary was attended by the Association’s members and partners, representatives of diplomatic corps, international organizations and Moldovan authorities.

On 16 March, at a press conference, the Moldovan Foreign Investors Association (FIA) launched the second edition of the White Book, offering recommendations to decision-makers with a view of improving the investment climate in the country.
